LA UIPM LANCIA IL DEVELOPMENT INSTRUCTOR GROUP

Riportiamo di seguito il testo oroginale della UIPM relativo all lancio del “Development Instructor Group”.

To pursue the efforts to find new countries and to develop existing ones, UIPM has decided to launch the UIPM Development Instructor Group. Chairman will be Mr. Christian ROUDAUT, deputy National Technical Director at Insep.

UIPM and the group are now currently looking for volunteer coaches whose missions will be :

–          Travel to training camps in developing nations

–          Teach local coaches and athletes :

o   how to create a National Federation (when needed)

o   how to start in Modern Pentathlon (disciplines, equipment, physical and technical  instruction)

–          Ensure a long-term vision to build solid bases in the developing countries

Those senior coaches will be entitled UIPM Senior Instructors and maybe be called to work on more specific parts and to represent UIPM in future development projects. To be part of this UIPM Development Instructor Group, interested coaches should send an email stating the interest for this group before the end of August to development@pentathlon.org . The group will remain open to interested coaches wanting to help for the development of Modern Pentathlon in the future.
